I love my job!  I have the opportunity to impact people's lives everyday. 

My career in Real Estate began as way to create passive income.  My wife and I had owned up to 2 rental properties at a time since 1996. 

In 2008 we completed our first true "flip".  We bought a distressed property and completed the fiip and resale in less than 5 months. 

When I left AT&T after 21 years, I began my full time real estate career.  I joined Keller Williams and now assist buyers and sellers as well as several investors. 

I have been a Full Time Realtor since October, 2008 and I specialize in Residential Real Estate.  Working with Buyers and Sellers is my core and I also work with Real Estate Investors. 

The best part of my job is working with clients to manage the biggest investment they will most likely ever have, their home.  First Time Buyers have been a big part of my business. 

I also work with clients on the resale of their home. 

Most of my clients are referrals from past clients.  In this business this is a true gauge of the value of the service I provide.  People like to work with someone they can trust.
